No rain has been recorded in the national capital in the last 24 hours, however, the weather department has predicted heavy rain at isolated places in Delhi during the next 24 hours.
On Monday morning, the minimum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 28.4 degrees Celsius, 0.5 degrees above the season’s average.
According to the Regional Meteorological Centre Delhi, moderate to heavy rains and strong winds are likely in the national capital and adjoining areas of the NCR along with thunderstorms.
The weather department said, “Ayanagar, Dera Mandi, NCR (Gurugram, Manesar) and adjoining areas will receive moderate to heavy rains and strong winds at a speed of 30-40 kmph.”
According to the weather department, light to moderate rains are also likely in Mundka, Jaffarpur and Najafgarh in Delhi and Bahadurgarh, Gurugram and Manesar in the NCR region.
