There is a possibility of heavy rain in some parts of Uttarakhand, West UP and Haryana. A red alert has been issued by the Meteorological Department. According to the IMD, light to moderate rain and thundershowers are very likely to occur in Shimla, Solan, Sirmaur, Bilaspur and Mandi districts of Himachal Pradesh today.
