Jaipur: Tension is rising once again between Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot as the former Rajasthan deputy CM has accused the Congress government of not taking action against alleged corruption.

Sachin played old videos of Gehlot accusing Raje of corruption and misrule and asked why he had not initiated any investigation or inquiry into these matters. He said that the Congress government had evidence against the previous BJP government but did not act on it.
“I wrote a letter to CM Ashok Gehlot and said that elections are coming and we have to show the public that there is no difference between our promises and our work. But I have not received any reply from the CM yet… In Rajasthan, We are neither using them nor misusing the investigative agencies… Our workers and public should not think that we do not keep our promises.
“You all know that the central government is misusing the central agencies. While the central government is misusing the agencies to target the Congress leadership, in Rajasthan we are neither using them nor Misusing them. It was an important issue.” Because the public should not think that we do not fulfill our promises.”
He further said, ‘I will go on a one-day hunger strike on April 11 that action should be taken against corruption in the state so that the public does not feel that we are not doing any work or that we have not done any work. delivered on any of our promises.”
Sachin Pilot also said that he had given several suggestions to the party leadership regarding the matters in Rajasthan and one of them was to act on these issues. “This is our government. We need to act. So, people will continue to have faith in us.”
