Uttarakhand Pride: Katyayani Kandwal became a judge in Delhi

Dehradun: Katyayani Sharma Kandwal, daughter of Uttarakhand, has the honored the state by securing the second rank in the priority list from the general category in the Delhi Judicial Service-2019 examination.

This promising daughter has increased the pride of the state by securing the second rank in the general category and proved that Uttarakhand’s daughters are not behind in any field. She was born in village Marada, Mawalsyu, of Pauri district, got second place in the competition with her hard work and dedication.

According to Jagran, Katyayani’s father Madan Mohan Sundariyal is from village Marda, in Mawalsun, Pauri district is working in the Rural Engineering Department. Katyayani’s mother Kusum Sundariyal is a teacher in Dehradun. Katyayani, born in August 1991 and married to Pransu Shashi Kandwal, a resident of Pragati Vihar Rishikesh in 2015. Pranshu Shashi Kandwal is the son of BJP state vice-president Kusum Kandwal and retired senior medical officer Dr. Shashi Kandwal.

Katyayani Sharma Kandwal was educated from primary to high school at St. Thomas Convent School, Pauri, and Intermediate River Dale School in Dehradun. Katyayani completed LLB from NLIU Bhopal and LLM from ILI Delhi.

In the results of the Delhi Judicial Service-2019 examination released on Friday, Katyayani has illuminated the name of Uttarakhand by securing second place in the priority list. Katyayani Sharma Kandwal told that the dream of her late father has been fulfilled today. In addition to her mother’s guidance in this success, the husband and in-law’s in-laws have better cooperation in the in-laws.
