9 lakh diyas to be lit in Ayodhya this year, says Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday greeted people on the occasion of Diwali.

I appeal to all of them to adopt a family and celebrate Diwali with them. Children. SIT commandos, Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) Force and Rapid Action Force personnel have been deployed to ensure security. Drones will be used to keep an eye on the incident and through announcements it is being ensured that there is no chaos at the fair venue.

Last year the ‘Deepotsav’ celebrations in Ayodhya had set a Guinness World Record for the ‘largest display of oil lamps’ after 5,84,572 earthen lamps were lit on the banks of river Saryu.
