New Delhi: The 11th installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme will be released by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday, May 31. The 11th installment for each eligible farmers under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) is Rs 2,000. -Farmers) scheme will be transferred to more than 10 crore farmers in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh on May 31.
The Prime Minister will release the 11th installment of financial benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme, which will bring about Rs. 21,000 crore to more than 10 crore beneficiary farmer families. On this occasion, the Prime Minister will also interact with the beneficiaries of (PM-KISAN) across the country.
The Prime Minister will participate in the ‘Garib Kalyan Sammelan’ at around 11 am. Garib Kalyan Sammelan will start at around 09:45 am in which Chief Ministers, Union Ministers, State Ministers, Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assembly and other elected public representatives will interact directly with the public at their respective places across the country. With the Prime Minister joining the program at around 11:00 AM, various state and local level programs will be covered and the conference will be made national. During the conference, the Prime Minister will interact directly with the beneficiaries of various programs of the nine Ministries/Departments of the Government of India.
PM KISAN scheme was launched by PM Narendra Modi in 2019, which aims to provide income support to all landholding farmer families across the country with arable land, subject to certain exclusions. Under the scheme, an amount of Rs 6000 per annum is released directly into the bank accounts of the beneficiaries in three 4-monthly installments of Rs 2000 each. While lakhs of eager farmers are waiting for the disbursement of Rs 2,000 in their account, there are many farmers who are not eligible for PM Kisan Yojana.
