Anurag Thakur becomes 1st minister, TA Captain as commissioned officer

New Delhi: Union Minister of State for Finance and Corporate Affairs Anurag Thakur on Wednesday became the first MP and Minister to become a Captain in the Territorial Army as a regular commissioned officer.
