CBDT launches e-portal for complaints about tax evasion/benami assets/ undisclosed assets

New Delhi: Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) launched e-portal on the department’s e-filing website to take action on complaints received by filing complaints about tax evasion, foreign undisclosed assets as well as benami assets / Have done The purpose of this portal is to take a further step towards e-governance to prevent tax evasion and encourage participation of citizens as stakeholders in this direction.
