New Delhi: Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan has been infected with Corona virus. He has quarantined himself at home. Pakistan’s health officer has confirmed this by tweeting. Faisal Sultan, the Pakistani PM’s special assistant on health services, said Khan had isolated himself at home. Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi tweeted and wished him a quick recovery.

The 68-year-old Khan has been holding regular and frequent meetings recently, including attending a security conference held in the capital Islamabad which was attended by a large number of people. In neighboring India, infections increased in Maharashtra, as businesses reopened and millions of people used congested suburban trains. The state ordered new lockdowns in some districts. Movies, hotels and restaurants were curbed by the end of the month after more cases came up this weekend.
