Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik praised PM Modi and gave him an 8/10 rating

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s foreign policy and anti-corruption initiatives at an event here on Sunday, rating him 8 out of 10.

“Corruption has reduced in this government (Centre). The Prime Minister has helped in rooting out corruption and is trying his best to serve the people of our country.

I would like to give him 8 out of 10 rating for his foreign policy, other matters and anti-corruption steps,” the CM said.

Naveen’s praise came in the backdrop of India’s successful hosting of the G-20 summit and amid murmurs in political circles over BJD-BJP ties following the regional party’s recent support to the Delhi Services Bill in Parliament and opposition to the no-confidence motion. “We have cordial relations with the Centre. We want the development of our state.
