Ram Mandir Aarti Pass: Know booking process, aarti timings and other details

Aarti passes for the ceremony can be booked online or offline.

The consecration ceremony of Lord Ram Lala is scheduled on 22 January 2024. Temple officials said the celebrations will be held over a period of seven days, starting from January 16. Ahead of the inauguration of the temple, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra has opened booking for ‘Aarti’ passes in both online and offline modes. Three types of aarti are performed throughout the day. Devotees can choose any one from the list and make their booking accordingly.

Aarti Timings:
6:30 am – Shringaar Aarti
12 noon – Bhog Aarti
7:30 pm – Evening Aarti

It is important to note that attendance at the aarti is limited to pass holders only. Citing security concerns, ‘Aarti Pass’ section manager Dhruvesh Mishra said now only thirty persons are allowed to attend each aarti.

Speaking to news agency ANI, Mishra said, “Aarti takes place three times a day. Only pass holders can participate in it. Pass for Aarti can be obtained by showing ID card issued by the government. Right now, only 30 people can attend the aarti with the pass. This number can be increased according to the number of devotees. This service is free of charge.”

How to book online for ‘Aarti Pass’:

Visit the official of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra i.e. srjbtkshetra.org

Login using OTP.

-Click on ‘Aarti’ section on the homepage.

-Now choose the date and type of Aarti you want to attend.

-Enter required details like devotee name, address, photo, mobile number etc.

-On your visit to the temple, obtain the pass from the counter and proceed for the ‘Aarti’.

On the documents required to obtain the Aarti pass, the manager said, “Only four documents are acceptable for making the Aarti pass. These are Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License and Passport. It is necessary to take these devotees with you.” Only one. They can show it to the officer after receiving their Aarti pass.”

Asked whether the passes could be made free of charge, the section manager said, “This service is the same for all devotees, whether they are old or young, poor or rich.”

Important instructions for devotees:

-According to the temple website, there is no need for separate Aarti pass for children below 10 years of age.

– ID proof declared at the time of Aarti booking is mandatory for entry into the temple on the Aarti date.

-People opting for wheel-chair assistant service are charged a nominal fee.

-SRJBTK will send an SMS/email to the devotee to confirm attendance 24 hours before the Aarti.

-To confirm their attendance, devotees need to go to Home -> Transaction History -> Select Aarti -> Update.

-The pass can be obtained from the Aarti Pass counter at the reporting location.
