07 April 2021, New Delhi: RBI has announced that it will provide liquidity assistance of ₹ 50,000 crore for grant of new loans to All India Financial Institutions.

RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das said that Rs 25,000 crore will be given to National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) and Housing 10,000 crore to National Housing Bank (NHB). During this time, the Small Industries Development Bank (SIDBI) will get Bank 15,000 crores.
