New Delhi: Indian Railways (Indian Railways) is committed to providing better services to its customers. To make it easier for customers to book their train tickets, now the railways will be provided the facility to book these tickets without any hassle.
Indian Railway Tourism and Catering Co (IRCTC) has started its payment gateway IRCTC-iPay and now train passengers can get their tickets through it.
IRasiover’s new payment gateway gives customers a lot more time than they spend on their banks’ payment gateways. Through this gateway, passengers will also be offered an instant refund facility if they cancel their train ticket.
IRCON said that they upgraded their user interface keeping in mind the central government’s ‘Self-reliant India campaign’. IRCON is making quick changes to its website as it is one of the largest e-commerce websites in Asia-Pacific. IRCOM said that these reforms will benefit everyone, as 83 percent of reserved tickets are booked through this website.
Use IRCTC-iPay Gateway
Under IRCON iPay, a user has to pay only once for his ambition or for any other form of payment for his UPI bank account or other means of payment. They can authorize these payment instructions for all their future transactions to purchase tickets.
IRCount Iway Gateway also allows users to return tickets instantly when they book their tickets through the IRCOT website or mobile app.
IRCOT suggests that the autopay facility in this case will also increase the reliability of ticket booking. This not only simplifies the refund process but also reduces the time it takes to book new payment gateway tickets.
