Uttarakhand Mahakothig Noida 2023: Delhi-NCR’s biggest Uttarakhandi fair at Noida Stadium

Uttarakhand Mahakauthig 2023: Delhi-NCR’s biggest Uttarakhandi fair (Uttarakhand Mahakauthig) is going to be organized at Noida Stadium from 21st December 2023 to 25th December 2023. This traditional folk arts and handicrafts fair (Mahakothig) will lasts for 5 days at Noida Stadium Sector 21.

Aditya Ghildiyal ji President of the Mahacauthig has given invitation to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Shri Yogi Adityanath to visit Mahacauthig. The Chief Minister has also accepted the invitation and has given full assurance of attending the Mahacauthig.

Rajendra Chauhan, chief convenor of Mahakauthig Mela Committee, said that this time Mahakauthigh Mela, a wonderful confluence of folk culture, customs, industrial development and religious traditions and progress of Uttarakhand, will be organized for 5 days. To mark the commencement of the 13th Mahakautthig, a poster outlining the Mahakautthig program will be released by the members of the Fair Committee. In this, famous folk artists of Uttarakhand will give their performances.

Bhoomi Pujan will be organized by Parwatiya Sanskrik Society (Regd.) on 17 December 2023 at 9.30 am.

Uttarakhand Mahakauthigh 2023 will be held from 21st December to 25th December from 10 am to 8 pm at Noida Stadium located in Sector-21. In which famous folk artists of Uttarakhand will perform.

It is noteworthy that every year lakhs of people of Uttarakhand origin living in Delhi-NCR come to see this fair. Pahari dishes have been specially kept in the fair. Youth, elders, women and children all wait for this Mahakautthig festival. The organizing committee said that this time also the art culture of the mountain will be shown in the Mahakothig. Stalls of hill products of Uttarakhand will be set up in Mahakothig, from where people will be able to buy dishes, pulses, grains, hill sweets, clothes etc. of Uttarakhand. The main objective of Mahakothig is to promote religious places, tourism, agriculture, industrial development and folk art and culture of Uttarakhand.
