In this regard, CAT has written a letter to the Deputy Governor and Chief Minister of Delhi. In view of the rapid growth in Delhi, complete detention is necessary with immediate effect. Kejriwal allowed a weekly market in one day and one zone wise. He instructed to make special arrangements to ensure that there is not too much crowd in the weekly market. No home dining is allowed in the restaurant, only home delivery is allowed.
