New Delhi January 27: Hasina Begum of Aurangabad (Maharashtra) a 65-year-old woman who was imprisoned in Pakistan, returned to India after 18 years. Begum went to Pakistan to visit her husband’s relatives.
However, she was imprisoned in Pakistan after losing her passport. She spent the major part of her life in imprisonment in Pakistan jail. Now the whole family is happy to get her back after so much struggle.
Longing to return to her country, the Aurangabad police helped the woman. The police filed a case report. On returning here she was welcomed by his relatives and Aurangabad police officials. Hasina said, “I want to thanks the Aurangabad police.” Pakistan released Begum last week and handed her over to the Indian authorities.
