New Delhi: Defense Secretary Dr. Ajay Kumar today launched the DGNCC Digital Forum in New Delhi. This digital forum, set up on the DGNCC website, will provide a platform for national cadet corps across the country to share their experiences regarding various activities related to NCC.
Speaking on the occasion, the Defense Secretary said that this forum will help NCC cadets share their experiences, ideas, and suggestions on NCC training, social service and community development, and sports and adventure activities as well as other issues related to national security, national integration, and nation-building. It Will help in sharing.
Dr. Ajay Kumar also praised the contribution of more than one lakh NCC cadets as pioneer Corona warriors by completing various tasks in the fight against the epidemic during the ‘Contribution Campaign’. He said that NCC instills its cadets with self-discipline, secular views, fraternity, and selfless service, which motivates these cadets to achieve distinction in all walks of life.
This Digital Forum of NCC is a positive step towards the digitization of NCC as per Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of Digital India. This digital forum will prove to be very useful for NCC cadets in sharing and publicizing their experiences and suggestions with other cadets and the general public.
The Director-General of NCC, Lt Gen Rajiv Chopra, and other senior civil and military officers of DGNCC Headquarters were also present on the occasion.
