NCRTC will launch several facilities to transform traffic on Delhi-GZB-Meerut RRTS corridor

To transform commuting on the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS corridor, the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is going to introduce a slew of features that promise to redefine travel convenience. The main objective of this initiative is the seamless integration of extensive parking facilities designed specifically for the users of Namo Bharat Trains.

These parking spaces spread across the entire Rapid Rail Transit System (RRTS) corridor are not just an idea but a key pillar in improving the commuter experience. Imagine you reach any RRTS station where you know there is a space waiting for your vehicle. The NCRTC has carefully designed these facilities to accommodate over 8,000 vehicles, ensuring ample space for everyone from daily commuters to occasional commuters.

The initiative has already gained momentum with the 34 km operational section of the corridor, which includes 8 fully functional RRTS stations. At each of these stations, dedicated parking areas have been strategically created to ease access for commuters, substantially reducing the burden of finding parking in congested urban centres.
