According to the information, the temple has been constructed overnight by the locals. The new Hanuman temple is constructed on the dividers between the roads on both sides.
Let us tell you that the Hanuman Temple at Chandni Chowk was demolished to make a road. The temple was demolished by the MCD following a court order. The road was built here soon after the temple was demolished.

The temple was situated in the middle of the road between the town hall and the Gurudwara Sis Ganj. The temple was demolished as per the Delhi High Court order under the Delhi government’s Chandni Check Redevelopment Scheme.
The demolition of the decades-old temple caused uproar in the national capital. Both BJP and Aam Aadmi Party leaders were blaming each other. While the BJP accused the AAP party of hurting the sentiments of Hindus. The AAP party, on the other hand, alleged that the saffron party should be blamed for the demolition as it operates the North Delhi Municipal Corporation, the civic agency that carried out the demolition drive.
The locals also opposed the demolition and demanded that the temple be rebuilt. He said that the demolition of the temple was illegal.
