He said, Today is Mokshada Ekadashi, Geeta is Jayanti. Today is also the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Mahamana Madan Mohan Malaviya ji. Today is the birth anniversary of the late Karmayogi, the great Karmayogi of the country, our inspirational late Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Today, the country is also celebrating Good Governance Day in his memory.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi transferred the seventh installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana through video conferencing by pressing the button and transferring Rs 18000 crore to the accounts of over 9 crore farmer beneficiaries. Addressing the farmers, PM Modi said, today, 18 thousand crore rupees have been deposited directly in the bank account of more than 9 crore farmer families of the country at one click. Ever since this scheme started, more than 1 lakh 10 thousand crore rupees have reached the account of farmers.

In his address, the Prime Minister targeted the opposition parties and said, some political parties which have been democratically rejected by the people of the country, are doing whatever by misleading some farmers today. Despite repeated efforts of all of them, the government humbly does not allow these discussions to happen for some political reason.

The PM mentioned the APMC mandis of Kerala and said that there is no APMC mandi there. Taking a dig at the political parties that are protesting in Delhi, he said, “I ask these parties to do photo-taking programs here, just make an agitation in Kerala and start APMC there.” You have time to mislead the farmers of Punjab, you do not have time to start this system in Kerala. Why are you taking a double policy?

While talking to farmers, PM Modi targeted the Bengal government. He said, I regret today that more than 70 lakh farmers and siblings of West Bengal have not been able to get this benefit. More than 23 lakh farmers of Bengal have applied online to take advantage of this scheme, but the state government has stopped the verification process for so long. The public is watching those who do politics of selfishness very closely. The parties which do not speak on the benefit of the farmers in West Bengal are engaged in harassing the citizens of Delhi here in the name of the farmers, they are engaged in ruining the economy of the country.

PM Modi first spoke to Gagan Pering of Arunachal Pradesh. During this, the PM asked where do you use the money of Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. After this, Gagan said that he uses his money in organic farming. He told that 446 farmers are associated with me and we grow organic ginger. We sold the crop in Bangalore and Delhi market. After this, PM Modi asked if buyers buy ginger from you that they take away your land. After this Gagan said, Sir, our land is safe. Then PM Modi said that some people are spreading rumors in the country that the land will be taken away.

Talking to the Prime Minister, Odisha farmer Naveen informed about the benefits of Kisan Credit Card. Naveen said that I got a Kisan Credit Card in the year 2019 and this gives me a loan at 4 percent interest rate. I used these money to buy paddy seeds, fertilizers and pesticides. He told that earlier I had to take a loan at the rate of 20 percent.
