PM Modi is seen laughing loudly after hearing the word noob. Without naming any leader, PM Modi says, “If I use this word during elections, people will wonder whom I am talking about. If I say this, you will take it for a particular person. Will take.”
Noob is a slang term that refers to someone who is new to a game, concept, or idea, implying a lack of experience in that area.
