Rhea Chakraborty was spotted outside her gym on Friday. Dressed in gym wear, the actress was walking out after completing her workout session. She greeted the paparazzi as she made her way to the car. When a paparazzo asked her how she was doing, the actress replied, “Theek ho rahi hoon.”
The actress looked refreshed and in a good mood, even smiling as she looked at the photographers. However, she did not stop posing for the paparazzi and entered directly into her car.
While Rhea is lodged in a drug case that is currently being investigated by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), director Rumi Jaffrey earlier confirmed that she will be making a comeback to the films soon.
Speaking to Spotboye, Rumi Jaffrey shared about Rhea, “It (2020) has been a painful year for her.” Of course, the year was bad for everyone. But in her case, it was trauma on another level. Rhea was arrested by the NCB on 8 September on ‘possession, purchase and use’ of drugs, which the agency investigated as a link in the death of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. She was released on 4 October after spending almost a month in Byculla Jail in Mumbai. Rhea’s brother Shovik was also arrested by the NCB on 4 September and granted bail 3 months after his arrest.
