UPSC 2023 Result: Here are the top 20 rank holders of the civil services exam

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) today announced the results of the Civil Services Main Examination 2023, with Aditya Srivastava from Lucknow securing the coveted All India Rank 1.

UPSC said Animesh Pradhan and Donnuru Ananya Reddy secured second and third ranks respectively.

A total of 1016 candidates have received recommendations for appointment, UPSC has released the roll numbers of qualified candidates. However, the candidature of 355 recommended candidates is pending further verification.

Held in subjective mode in two shifts from September 15 to September 24, the CSE Main exam lasted for three hours in each shift and started at 9 am and resumed at 2 pm.

Aditya Srivastava left behind the comforts of a high-paying job at an MNC in Bengaluru in 2020 to prepare for the Civil Services Exam. He took the exam in 2021 and in 2022, in his second attempt, achieved AIR 236. Since he did not make it to IAS, he took the exam again and this time topped the exam.

Animesh Pradhan, 22, from Odisha cracked the UPSC exam in his very first attempt and secured All India Rank (AIR) 2. Ananya Reddy, who secured rank 3, said she studied 12 to 14 hours a day and followed her schedule. To cover the syllabus. He is a graduate from Miranda House, Delhi.
