New Delhi: According to the National Meteorological Forecasting Center of India Meteorological Department (IMD): a moderate and upper-level cyclonic circulation over central Pakistan and adjoining areas at low levels over Southwest Rajasthan and adjoining areas. A north-south zone of a confluence of winds from northern Punjab to the northeast Arabian Sea was also seen today, with a strong correlation between the above-Western disturbance and low-level humid southeast winds.
