BJP MLA’s maternal uncle shot dead in broad daylight

New Delhi: Naresh Tyagi, maternal uncle of BJP MLA Ajit Pal Tyagi of Muradnagar in Uttar Pradesh, was shot dead by unidentified miscreants on Friday morning. The sensation spread in the area after the incident. Naresh Tyagi came out of his house for morning walk, during which miscreants committed the crime. The walk was not even completed and life was over. The killers were so fearless that Tyagi continued to be shot until he died. SSP Kalanidhi Naithani has informed about the incident.

The SSP said that Naresh Tyagi was walking outside his house at around 6 am. At the same time, the miscreants who came on Scooty showered bullets on him. Tyagi, who was injured due to bullets, fell there and died on the spot.

The incident is of Patelnagar area under Sihanigat police station area. As soon as the family reported the incident, he was immediately rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead. Police said the deceased was a contractor by profession. The police team has been deployed to investigate the murder.

Questioning law and order in the state, Acharya Pramod, a resident of Uttar Pradesh, tweeted, “Very sad, extremely” worrisome “and terrible situation, there is no law and order in the state.”
