Itanagar: The CBI has registered a fresh case against former Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Nabam Tuki on charges of nepotism and corruption relating to a contract for the construction of boundary wall of Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) school. After preliminary investigation, the CBI has alleged that the officials of the Public Works Department of Arunachal Pradesh awarded tenders to firms controlled by the family members of the then state PWD minister Nabam Tuki without inviting tenders at their behest, causing huge loss to the state government. Damage done. Due to this decision of Nabam Tuki, the minister and his relatives were unfairly benefited. This work was given to the Arunachal Pradesh PWD on a voluntary basis in 2005 by the then Commissioner of Kendriya Vidyalaya.
