Corona blast in Delhi, Home Ministry comes into action

New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah has taken this step to take stock of the deteriorating corona situation in the national capital. The Home Ministry has come into action in view of increasing cases of Corona virus in Delhi. On the orders of the Ministry of Home Affairs, 10 teams have been formed. All these teams will visit 100 private hospitals. These 10 teams will collect information about beds capacity and ICU beds in hospitals and inform the Home Minister about the situation there.

Let us tell you that according to the Ministry of Home Affairs, 45 doctors of Para Military and 160 Para-Medical Staff have arrived in Delhi for Covid Duty. Earlier, on 15 November, Home Minister Amit Shah had a review meeting in Delhi on the growing cases of Corona virus.

Significantly, the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) is building Kovid Hospital near Delhi Airport. DRDO is preparing a hospital of 250 ICU beds.

DRDO has been involved in the construction of 250 ICU beds and 35 BIPAP beds in the next 3 to 4 days at its Kovid Hospital near Delhi Airport. Although this Kovid Hospital already has 250 ICU beds.

According to the data released on Tuesday night, 6396 new cases have been registered in the capital in the 24 hours while 99 people have lost their lives. With the new cases, the total number of active cases has reached 42 thousand. Talking about the figures of Delhi, they appear far ahead than any other state. The death rate and increasing number of cases of corona patients in Delhi are frightening.
