Even though the corona virus is decreasing throughout the country. People are breathing a sigh of relief but the people of Uttarakhand are still in danger. The Corona figures here are intimidating. In the last ten days, about 1,000 children under 9 years of age have been found to be corona virus positive. The children have been admitted to various hospitals for treatment. At the same time, the virus is spreading rapidly in the villages and deaths are also happening. In a village in Nainital, 30 people died in the last two weeks.

Meanwhile, at least 30 people have died in a village in Roorkee within two weeks. So many deaths in one village alone have stirred the administration. Although the administration did not state the exact number of deaths in Liberheri village, it said that many people had died. A government official said that revenue, health and police department teams have been engaged to find out the exact cause of the deaths.
Investigation of 20 people found 14 positive
Corona infection reaching mountain villages has raised concerns throughout the state. Pauri district is seen more in the mountain of infection. Corona infection has been reported in 14 people in Kukana and Gheena gram sabhas of Okhalkanda block in Nainital district. A total of 20 people were screened. There is no restriction on the number of people in the village in marriages, marriages etc.
Each and every house people are suffering from fever
There are about four hundred families living in two gram sabhas, out of which two to three persons are suffering from fever in each house. Eda village of Ekeshwar block in Pauri district, corona report of 10 people has come positive. All people went to the funeral of the corona suspect patient.
Condition of rural areas
According to information received from the CMO, on 10 May, Corona report of 10 people came positive in Ida village of Ekeshwar block. Till Saturday, 2428 active cases have been reported in Almora, 1145 in Bageshwar, 2452 in Chamoli, 1400 in Champawat, 7264 in Nainital, 6090 in Pauri Garhwal, Pithoragarh 1874, 2221 in Rudraprayag, 5719 in Tehri and 2288 in Uttarkashi. Their number is continuously increasing.
Corona cases in Uttarakhand
On Sunday, 4496 new cases of Covid-19 were reported in Uttarakhand while 188 infected deaths occurred in the last 24 hours. Till now, the total number of people infected with Corona virus in the state has been 2,87,286. Maximum 1248 new cases came in Dehradun district while 572 in Haridwar, 498 in Tehri, 393 in Udham Singh Nagar, 391 in Paudi, 356 in Rudraprayag and 351 in Uttarkashi were confirmed to be infected. So far, a total of 4811 Corona virus infected people have lost their lives in the state. 78,802 patients are still under treatment while 1,98,530 patients have become healthy so far.
