Corona Update: The number of corona-infected patients continues to decline

New Delhi: The number of corona infected patients is steadily decreasing in India. Today the number of corona infected patients is 2,83,849. The present infected cases have reduced to 2.80 percent as compared to the total infected cases till date. The total number of infected patients decreased by 5,391 in the last 24 hours.

In comparison to the number of new cases reported daily for the last one month (27 days), a large number of Kovid-19 infected patients have been healthy every day. In the last 24 hours only 24,712 persons have been found infected with Kovid-19 in the country. During this period, 29,791 corona-infected patients were recuperated, reducing the number of corona-infected patients.

In India, less than 30,000 new cases have been reported daily for the last 11 days.

So far, about 97 lakh (96,93,173) corona infected patients have been healthy. Thus, the infection-free rate has increased to 95.75 percent.

In 10 states / union territories, 79.56 percent of the people who become healthy after getting rid of Kovid-19 infection are concentrated.

The maximum 7,620 corona-infected patients in a single day are healthy in Maharashtra. In the last 24 hours, 4,808 patients in Kerala and 2,153 patients in West Bengal have been healthy.

76.48 percent of new cases of Kovid-19 have been reported in 10 states and union territories.

Kerala has the highest number of 6,169 new cases of Kovid-19 per day. This was followed by 3,913 and 1,628 new cases in Maharashtra and West Bengal respectively.

In the last 24 hours, 312 deaths were reported.

79.81 percent of new deaths occurred in 10 states / union territories. Maximum (93) cases were reported in Maharashtra. This was followed by 34 and 22 cases of daily deaths in West Bengal and Kerala respectively.

There is a continuous decline in the number of deaths in India every day. In the last 12 days, less than 400 cases of death have been reported per day.
