The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached assets worth Rs 251 crore of builder Sanjay Chhabria and that of Avinash Bhosle, worth Rs 164 crore, in the Yes Bank-DHFL fraud case.

ED has issued two provisional orders on 02/08/2022 for attachment of assets worth Rs 251 crore of Sanjay Chhabria and Rs 164 crore of Avinash Bhosle under the provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). 415 crore) in Yes Bank- DHFL fraud case.
Sanjay Chhabria’s attached property is in the form of a land parcel located at Santacruz, Mumbai, valued at Rs 116.5 crore, 25% equity shares of Chhabria’s company in a land parcel located at Bengaluru, valued at Rs. 115 Cr, a flat located in Santacruz, Mumbai priced at Rs. 3 crore profit from Chhabria’s hotel at Delhi airport Rs 13.67 crore and Sanjay Chhabria’s three high-end luxury cars worth Rs. 3.10 crores.
Avinash Bhosle’s further attached property is Bhosle’s duplex flat located in Mumbai, priced at Rs. 102.8 cr, a land parcel located in Pune Rs 14.65 cr, another land parcel located in Pune Rs 29.24 cr, a land parcel located at Nagpur Rs. 15.52 crore and another part of the land situated at Nagpur to the extent of Rs. 1.45 crores.
