Indian Railways launches ‘Bharat Gaurav’ deluxe tourist train

New Delhi: Indian Railways on Friday launched the ‘Pride of India’ Shri Ram-Janaki Yatra from Ayodhya to Janakpur covering the two important pilgrimage centers of Ayodhya in India and Janakpur in Nepal. Started Bharat Gaurav Deluxe AC Tourist Train.

Bharat Gaurav Deluxe AC Tourist Train has been started to strengthen the ties and promote cultural ties between the two neighboring countries. The tour package will also include a visit to Nandigram, Sitamarhi, Kashi and Prayagraj as additional attractions.

The IRCTC on Friday said, “Passengers availing the tour package will be accommodated in hotels for two nights, one night each at Janakpur and Varanasi, while journeys to Ayodhya, Sitamarhi and Prayagraj will be covered during the day’s halt at the respective destinations.” Will be done.

The first stop of the proposed seven-day Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train Tour will be at Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Ram, where guests will visit the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple and the Hanuman Temple and, in addition, the Bharat Mandir at Nandigram.

From Ayodhya, the train will head towards Sitamarhi in Bihar, from where the guests will be taken by bus to Janakpur in Nepal, which is located at a distance of 70 km from the Sitamarhi Railway Station.

During their stay in Janakpur, guests can visit Ram Janaki Temple, Sita Ram Vivah Mandap and Dhanush Dham. Next day the guests will return to Sitamarhi and visit Janaki Temple and Punaura Dham.

From Sitamarhi, the train will travel to Varanasi, where guests will visit Sarnath, Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Corridor, Tulsi Mandir and Sankatmochan Hanuman Temple.

The guests will be taken from Varanasi to Prayagraj by bus. In Prayagraj, he will visit Sangam, Shankar Viman Mandapam, Hanuman Temple and Bharadwaj Ashram. The train will return to Delhi from Prayagraj.

The Bharat Gaurav Deluxe AC Tourist Train has several unique features including two fine dining restaurants, a modern kitchen, shower cubicles in the coaches, sensor-based washroom function and a foot massager. The fully air-conditioned train offers two types of accommodation First AC and Second AC. The train has enhanced security features of CCTV cameras and security guards for each coach and is also equipped with infotainment system.
