Indian Railways ready to operate all express and passenger trains after corona pandemic

New Delhi: Due to less trains running during the Corona era, the passengers had to face a lot of difficulties to go to their destination. Due to the high fares of these special trains, common people faced difficulties. Even if someone had to go under compulsion immediately, the Tatkal ticket was not available. This made it difficult for the passengers going to the emergency. Many trains have not started operating yet.

But now this difficulty of railway passengers is going to be overcome soon. The Railways is preparing to start normal operations of trains as before. Railways has started preparations to bring all express, MEMU, DEMU and other local passenger trains back on track by March. Quoting Dainik Jagran, East Central Railway GM Lalit Chandra Trivedi said that a proposal has been sent to the Railway Board for this. The proposal is expected to be approved soon.

Let us tell you that 215 mail-express trains started operating from the East Central Rail zone. With this, 39 passenger trains have also been started. Despite this, the passengers are facing a lot of difficulties. Permission has been sought from East Central Railway from the Railway Board to operate regular passenger trains. Permission is expected soon. It is expected that by mid-March the express trains will start operating along with the express trains.

According to the information, railway will soon start direct rail service from Patna to Sitamarhi to Janakpur. The construction work of the rail line almost till Janakpur has been completed. By the time the construction work is complete, the trains will start operating. This will connect Patna Main Line directly to Nepal. Special arrangements have also been made in the budget for survey of Raxaul to Kathmandu railway section from Railway Board.
