CBI has arrested Venugopal Dhoot of Videocon Group in connection with taking loan from ICICI Bank. Earlier, Chanda Kochhar and Deepak Kochhar were also arrested in the same case.
On Friday, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested former ICICI CEO Chanda Kochhar and her husband Deepak Kochhar in a money laundering case related to loans from ICICI Bank and Videocon Group. The group had taken a loan of Rs 3,250 crore from the bank in 2012.
