Mahesh Babu’s elder brother and actor Ramesh Babu passed away on 8 January due to prolonged illness. Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej offered their condolences to the family.

Mahesh Babu’s elder brother and actor-producer Ramesh Babu passed away on 8 January due to prolonged illness. He was 56 years old. The Ghattamaneni family informed about the sad news with a statement. The last rites of Ramesh Babu will be held today, January 9. It has to be seen whether Covid positive Mahesh Babu will take part in the ritual. The Maharshi actor is in isolation at home.

Actor-producer Ramesh Babu’s died at the age of 56

Ramesh Babu was the eldest son of superstar Krishna. The actor and producer breathed his last on January 8 after battling with the disease for the past few months.

The Ghattamaneni family statement read, “It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Ghattamaneni Ramesh Babu Garu. He will always live on in our hearts. In light of the current circumstances, we request all our well wishers Let’s follow the COVID norms and avoid gathering at the cremation site.”
