The BSP chief cited various cases of atrocities on Dalits and Adivasis in Rajasthan to substantiate his point. “There has been a tremendous increase in the incidents of atrocities on Dalits and Adivasis under the Congress government of Rajasthan. Recently, the rape of Dalit girls in Didwana and Dholpur, the murder of a Dalit youth with a tractor in Alwar and the murder of a Dalit youth in Pali, Jodhpur have shook the Dalit society.
Mayawati said that it is clear that the Congress government in Rajasthan has completely failed, especially in protecting Dalits and tribals. This is the demand of the BSP,” Mayawati said.
