After being pulled up by the Bombay High Court, NCP leader and Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik has tendered an unconditional apology for his remarks on NCB regional director Sameer Wankhede.
The court had concluded that Malik had deliberately violated his own statement and spoke against Wankhede.
The High Court had asked Malik why action should not be taken against him. Malik has replied in a short affidavit.
