PM Modi reached Rajghat to pay tribute on Bapu’s death anniversary, accompanied by RajNath singh

Today is the 75th death anniversary of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Rajghat and paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh also reached Rajghat to pay homage to Bapu. In view of the contribution of Mahatma Gandhi in the independence of the country, January 30 is also celebrated as Martyr’s Day.

Prime Minister Modi also tweeted paying tribute to the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi on social media and wrote that ‘I bow down to Bapu on his death anniversary and remember his thoughts. I also pay tribute to all those who were martyred in the service of the country. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten and we will continue to strengthen our resolve to develop India’.

President Draupadi Murmu also reached Rajghat to pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi on his death anniversary. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar also reached Rajghat and paid homage to Mahatma Gandhi.

Home Minister Amit Shah also remembered Bapu on his death anniversary. Amit Shah wrote in tweeting that on the death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, who inspired the country to become self-reliant by following the path of indigenous and self-reliance. A true tribute to Gandhiji would be to follow the ideas of cleanliness, swadeshi and self-language adopted by revered Bapu in the golden age of independence.

Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal also tweeted and saluted the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. Arvind Kejriwal wrote that on the death anniversary of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, I bow down to him. Respected Bapu Ji taught the whole world about truth and non-violence, serving the country by following the ideal path shown by him is the true tribute to him.
