Later accused Tauseef, was arrested by Haryana Police late Wednesday night. Nikita, a 21-year-old college student in Ballabhgarh, was shot dead by Tauseef when she was returning from Aggarwal College after an exam in Haryana’s Ballabhgarh on October 26.
Tauseef was sent to 14-day judicial custody. Earlier, reports had claimed that Tauseef got a country-made pistol from one of his maternal uncle, who is currently languishing in jail.
