Mumbai: Varsha Raut, the wife of Shiv Sena leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut, has been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for questioning in the PMC Bank Money Laundering case on December 29. Sanjay Raut has blown up on this action of ED. Raut attacked the Modi government by holding a press conference on Monday afternoon.
He said that summons has been sent to his wife Varsha Raut for political opposition. The ED is acting at the behest of the central government. Raut said that we will follow the law. Stung by summons, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut warned the central government that he was not the one to fear them.
