Anushka Sharma’s latest picture with her daughter Vamika is getting popularity on internet

Anushka Sharma’s latest picture with her daughter Vamika is winning the internet. The actress-producer credits her little bundle of joy for making her braver and more courageous everyday.

“Making me braver and more courageous every day. May you always find the strength of the goddess in you my little Vamika Happy Ashtami,” Anushka captioned the image, which currently has 3.3 million likes on the photo-sharing website.

The picture soon caught the eyes of many Bollywood personalities.

The doting picture made actor Ranveer Singh say “Oh-lay!” in the comment section.

“So precious,” said filmmaker-author Tahira Kashyap.

Actress Vaani Kapoor dropped a heart emoji.

Vamika was born on January 11. Anushka and her star cricketer husband Virat, who are fondly called as ‘Virushka’ by their fans, had tied the knot in December 2017 in Tuscany, Italy.

Anushka Sharma, star of films like Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, PK, Band Baaja Baaraat, Sultan and Ae Dil Hai Mushki, was last seen in the 2018 film Zero, co-starring Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. Her last project as a producer was the Netflix film Bulbbul and it was a massive success. She also produced Amazon Prime Video’s smash hit web-series Paatal Lok last year. Earlier this year, the actress announced her next project as a producer – a Netflix original series titled Mai .

The actress has two films in the pipeline. She will be seen in Navdeep Singh’s ‘Kaneda’, and a biopic of cricketer Jhulan Goswami.

The actress was last seen in the film ‘Zero’ in 2018. She produced the web series ‘Paatal Lok’ and the film ‘Bulbbul’ for OTT last year.

Anushka and Virat have consciously kept Vamika’s identity under the wraps. In May, during an Ask Me Anything session, Virat was asked to share a glimpse of Vamika’s face.

A fan asked, “What is the meaning of Vamika? How is she? Can we see a glimpse of her please?” The cricketer replied, “Vamika is another name for goddess Durga. No, we have decided as a couple to not expose our child to social media before she has an understanding of what social media is and can make her own choice.”

Speaking with Vogue India last December, Anushka had said, “We’ve thought about it a lot. We definitely do not want to raise a child in the public eye—we don’t plan on engaging our child in social media. I think it’s a decision your child should be able to take. No kid should be made to be more special than the other. It’s hard enough for adults to deal with it. It’s going to be difficult, but we intend to follow through.”

Anushka had spent three months with Virat when the cricketer was playing in England. During their off days, Virat and Anushka explored the countryside of the UK and shared pictures as well. They also celebrated Vamika’s six-month birthday during their stay.
