AUS Vs IND, 4th Test, Day 1: Washington, T Natarajan Make Debut; Australia bat first

The Indian cricket team has faced a tough challenge in the fourth and last match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy Series in Brisbane. Due to injuries, Ajinkya Rahane’s side will take on The Gabba against a lethal Australian fast attack under the bowlers’ favorable conditions. Australia is unbeaten in their last 31 Tests at the Gabba – 24 wins and seven draws. In Brisbane out of the six Tests played in Gaba, India lost five and drew one.

Australia has lost 5 wickets for 274 runs, STUMPS ON DAY 1, Sunder, Siraj, and Thakur got 1 each and Natrajan got 2 two wickets while Australia lost main batsmen David, Harris, Smith, Marnas, and Mathew today

The series is tied at 1-1 after Australia won the opening Test in Adelaide. At the SCG, India showed tremendous fighting spirit to split the honor with an Australian team that was smelling blood. India does not like Gabba.

He has lost five out of the six Test matches played here. Man for man, India is still much better than the Australian team in the batting department. The only concern for the tourists may be their bowling as Rahane will have to depend on runs. It is all set for a top competition.
