Kangana Ranaut starrer Emergency in Trouble, Congress objected to the biopic film

The film is based on India’s landing in an emergency between 1975 and 1977. Fans could not keep calm, but she was applauded for her resemblance to Indira Gandhi. The portrayal of Indira Gandhi in Emergency is the third biopic on which Kangana Ranaut is working.

Kangana Ranaut has never let her fans down with her amazing roles, be it Rani Lakshmi Bai in Manikarnika or Jayalalithaa in the film Thalaivi. The actress, who is never afraid to voice her opinion on social media or any other platform, took to social media to release the teaser of her upcoming film ‘Emergency’.

The shooting has just begun and the film has landed in controversy as Madhya Pradesh Congress media department Sangeeta Sharma refers to Kangana Ranaut as a BJP agent and is doing this film to malign the image of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. She has also demanded to show the film before the official release. However, the BJP reportedly said that Congress is protesting as they are nervous.

Emergency in India is a black spot and there could have been no one other than Indira Gandhi to deal with it, so there is nothing to worry about. Kangana Ranaut is confident about her upcoming film and Emergency will be a huge success. It is also his only directorial debut. Though recently her previous film Dhaakad did not do well at the box office yet she came up with this brilliant project which is a sure shot of success.

Kangana also said that she knows the pulse of the audience and believes in her instincts as a filmmaker. Moreover, the emergency teaser has taken India by storm, and it is a testament to the fact that this is what the audience is watching.

His last directed film was Manikarnika and it was a super hit film. To get the perfect look for Indira Gandhi, she hired well-known make-up artist David Malinowski. It is also believed that she is doing a little voice modulation to fit the character. An emergency is expected to hit theaters in 2023.
