Rakul Preet Singh has crossed the mark of 16 million followers on Instagram and to celebrate this milestone, the actress shared a post thanking everyone. “And we turn SWEET 16 !! cannot thank you all enough for all the love and support here is to make sure I give my best every day to never disappoint you. Promise to keep working hard. Lots and lots of love to each one of you stay safe (sic), “Rakul captioned her post. She shared a boomerang video holding a gold foil balloon with 16 written on it.
Rakul Preet Singh is an Indian film actress and model who works mainly in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi films. He has received three Filmfare Award South nominations and is the recipient of one SIIMA Award.
She started her career as a model while in college, during which she made her acting debut in the Kannada film Gilli 2009. In 2011 she participated in the Femina Miss India pageant, placing fifth and winning five best titles including People’s. The choices are Miss Indiatimes, Pantaloons Femina Miss Fresh Face, Femina Miss Talented, Femina Miss Beautiful Smile, and Femina Miss Beautiful Eyes.
She later opted to become a full-time actress, making her Telugu debut in Keratam in the same year and her Tamil debut in Thadiyara Thakka the following year. In 2014, he also made his Hindi debut in Yaariyan in which he performed well.
In 2017, she was appointed as the brand ambassador for the Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao program by the Telangana state government.
