YouTuber Elvish Yadav arrested on charges of supplying snake venom at rave parties

Famous Youtuber and Big Boss OTT 2 Winner, Elvish Yadav was arrested by the Noida Police on Sunday and underwent to 14-days custody in connection with the snake venom case. It has been claimed that Elvish allegedly provided snake venom at a suspected rave party in November held in Noida.

The case concludes the apparent use of snake venom in the form of drug at rave parties in Noida last year. Mr. Yadav has held responsible for arranging the snake venom at his parties and using snakes in his video shoots. Elvish Yadav has himself accepted all the charges that has been levied on him. He was called upon by the police for the questioning round regarding the case.

Five other people were also arrested at a banquet hall in Noida Sector 51, under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code for allegedly providing snake venom. As per the Report, Elvish helped those people in providing the contact with the people who arranged snake venom for them. Forensic Report revealed that the venom of cobra and krait species of snakes were used in the samples, that were seized from the party. During the sting operation which was conducted by Maneka Gandhi’s People for Animals. Nine snakes, including five cobras, were rescued from their possession, out of 9, Eight of the snakes had their teeth removed and venom glands were missing in all of them.
